The house is available all year round and all prices for the holiday accommodation are in Euros. If you are not paying in directly in Euros (€) you will need to convert to the Euro price.

We have bank accounts in Belgium and France for direct deposit for your convenience or can utilize wire/TTY for Euro payments. We do not offer credit card facilities. We reserve the right to change prices and charges without notice.

• Rental is from 5pm Saturday to 10am Saturday.
• We do not accept bookings without a completed signed Booking Form.
• Only 2 week minimum bookings will generally be accepted July and August and winter.
• An additional refundable security deposit of €200 is also required at the time of final payment. (For bookings of 4 weeks or more, the refundable security deposit is one week's rental)
• One set of linen is included (sheets, bed covers, pillows) for each bed per guest per booking. (Longer stay guests will be provided with extra linen). Bring your own towels.
• Bedrooms are made available according to how many people are included in the booking. (i.e., 1-2 people have one bedroom, 3 or 4 people will have two bedrooms)
• Occupancy is limited to 6 - this includes Adults, Children, and Guests. Additional people must have prior approval and must pay €20.00 per person, per night. If this rule is not followed, the cost of additional guests may be deducted from your deposit.

• The number of people may not exceed the number booked and paid for, and should be confirmed when final payment is made. Failure to advise the correct number of people staying at the house may mean cancellation of booking and loss of all monies paid.
• Please note that there is a charge for heating, electricity, etc., (from a meter reading) from approximately mid-October through mid-May and this will be deducted from your security deposit. Normal usage is included June through September. You can choose an option of an additional €30 Euros per week to cover all fuel costs during the off-season if you wish.
• The property is cleaned before each new arrival but guests are expected to leave the property as they find it.
• Easter (if in March) and Christmas will have a €30 per week peak loading charge.
• No smoking is permitted in the house.

• After you have made contact with us and confirmed availability and method of payment for your preferred time period, you can print out a Booking Form and fill it out.
• A Booking Deposit of 25% of the cost of the booking (i.e., the rental period) should be sent together with a completed and signed Booking Form, in order to confirm a booking. This booking deposit will be credited towards your full payment and is separate from the Security Deposit. (If you are making Euro payments by wire/TTY an extra €19 Euros per transfer will be required unless it is coming through a reputable bank and the transfer does not incur a fee in France or Belgium). Currencies other than Euro are not accepted unless you are prepared to pay the cross-border bank fees.

• On the Booking Form, please remember to fill out the number of people and their bedding requirements, so that we can let our manager know how many beds to make up.
• There is one king size bed, one queen size bed, and 2 singles for 2 children. (It may be possible to arrange for a folding baby cot in certain circumstances)

• In the event of a cancellation the Booking Deposit will be refunded if another booking is taken and paid in full for the same period. Transfers of bookings to another party or time may incur an additional fee of 25%. The Booking Deposit payment is not refundable in the case of cancellation.
• Full payment is due 12 weeks (3 months) before the holiday start date. In the event of cancellation the cost of the booking (i.e., the booking deposit) is not refundable (except as above).
• The security deposit is refundable. 100% of the security deposit is refundable if you return the keys by to the manager (or by mail), comply fully with the terms and conditions outlined herein and in the rental agreement, and leave the house clean and without damage. Expect the return of your deposit shortly after the return of the key.

• Longer stay guests are able to wash their linen and towels in the washing machine in the basement during their stay. The washing machine is available for personal use.
• Guests are expected to leave the house as they find it. Guests are expected to dispose of their own rubbish in the communal bins provided in the basement of the house and sort the items according to French recycling regulations. If these requests are not complied with, then an excess cleaning charge may be deducted from your Security Deposit. If you wish our manager can clean the house for you on the Friday afternoon (possibly Saturday morning) before you depart for €65, or €20 per hour.
  

• Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
• Renter shall release owner from any injury to renter or guests of renter resulting from any cause whatsoever, except injury or damage resulting from the willful, intentional and malicious acts of owner or agents.
• Renter acknowledges by payment of rent that any litigation over rental disputes or other shall be settled in Pezenas or St.Thibery, pursuant French law, and limited to the actual out-of-pocket monetary costs.
