How do I book a property?
It's easy! Just fill out the Booking Form on this web site, or you can call us on the phone at +32-2-731-3104 or send an e-mail to nezign@hotmail.com. From then on, the ball is in our court and we’ll contact you.

When and how much do we pay?
We usually request 25% of the rent on reservation (when you state your intention to reserve specific dates) and the other 75% ninety days prior to occupation of the rental property, except for long term bookings or special arrangements. An additional refundable security deposit of €200 is also required at the time of final payment. Other charges may apply. See also: Prices and Booking Conditions

Do you request a security deposit?
A security deposit of €200 is also due ninety days prior your trip.

What is the security deposit used for?
The security deposit is used to reimburse owners in the unlikely event furniture, a mattress or other objects become damaged. This rarely occurs. If necessary, the security deposit may also be used to pay for cleaning expenses. Virtually all security deposits are fully refunded.

When will I get my security deposit back?
We return security deposits within 1 to 3 weeks after you have left the property. Most often it is returned upon check-out.

 

 

Are there fees and costs besides rent?
Yes, either you decide to leave the property in clean, rentable condition for the next tenant or for a charge of €65 we will clean it for you and your family. Any exceptions will be discussed with you in advance.

Are linens included?
Yes, linens are provided, and the cost is included.

Do rentals always start on a Saturday?
In the country and mainly in high season, yes, in most cases. Rental is from 5pm Saturday to 10am Saturday. There are exceptions and we will do our best to direct you to the properties with more flexible owners to accommodate your needs.

Can we rent for three nights?
Outside of the High Season, our minimum rental period is Friday to Monday (inclusive) or 3 nights. We pro-rate extra nights. In High Season in France, bookings are only per entire weeks. If you need less, we will direct you to a B&B or try to find a more flexible owner.

How do we get the keys to the property?
Most often you will be met on-site by our representative and give you the keys. In some cases, we will mail you the keys before you leave.
