A village house, totally renovated with typical
French charm. 3 Bedrooms (Sleeps 6) + Other (See Description) - 1 Bath
– large basement for storage.

- Ground floor – 80 m² - living room, fully-equipped kitchen,
plus bathroom, with shower
- Second floor - 80 m² - two bedrooms with 3 beds (2 single 190x60cm
latoflex, and one Queen that sleeps two 190x160cm)
- Third floor - 80 m² - one Master bedroom with one large bed (2
x 90x200cm mattresses side-by-side) – terrace with table and 6
chairs, two sinks (one indoor, the other outdoor on the terrace)
- Basement– 80 m² with two vaulted storage rooms (“caves
vôutées”). Sink and clothes washing facilities.

1 Full Kitchen with Microwave, Dishwasher,
Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils, Clothes Washer, TV, Stereo radio, Toaster,
2 Adult mountain bikes, 2 children’s bikes, Children’s Games.

Exterior:
Skate Park, built in 2003, at the entrance
of the village and skate boards, roller-blades, or BMX bikes are permitted
(and we suggest that helmets and elbow pads be used). Mountain bike trails
through the vineyards around the village. Tennis court (shared, 200 m)

racers and hill climbers given the incredibly varied terrain, as well
as leisure riders wishing to just ride village-to-village through the
